No Sugar Sooji Halwa with Magicleaf Stevia
Sooji- 100 gms
Magicleaf Stevia- 50 gms
Ghee- 75 gms
Water- 100-125 ml
1) Add ghee in a saucepan and heat it. Follow it up with sooji and cook it on a low flame with continuous stirring.
2) On parallel, boil water and add Magicleaf Stevia to it to make syrup and let it dissolve.
3) After sooji becomes light brown, slowly add the Magicleaf Stevia syrup and stir continuously.
4) Make sure no lumping occurs.
5) After 10-15 mins of stirring when the halwa is thick, take it off from the flame and let it cool.
6) After cooling down, serve medium hot.
