Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns:

We meticulously inspect all shipments before dispatch. Returns are applicable if you receive a product in the following conditions:

  1. Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, Broken, or Defective Product.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered.
  3. Expired Product.
  4. Incomplete Order/Missing Products.

Please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery with the original packaging, including labels and products.

 

We Accept Returns For :

  1. Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, Broken, or Defective Products.

  3. Expired Products.
  4. Incomplete Order/Missing Products.

We Do Not Accept Returns For :

  1. Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.).
  2. Return/Replacement requests generated after 7 days from the delivery date.
  3. Damaged/Missing product reported after 3 days from the delivery date.
  4. Issues like stomach upset, headache, flavor appeal, etc.

Note: We request you to consult your doctor before purchasing products for health-related reasons.

 

If Return Is Accepted:

Notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. Email images of the product with Batch No. to hello@magicleafstore.com or WhatsApp at +919151003146. We will review your request within 24-48 working hours.

If the product is beyond use, discard it, and we will provide a replacement.

If reverse pick-up is unavailable, self-ship the product, and we will reimburse courier charges up to INR 100/-

After receiving your product, we will verify and initiate the replacement or refund based on availability.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Product not in stock.
  2. Unserviceable shipping address.
  3. Compliance with the stated returns policy.
  4. Product returned in good condition and not tampered with.
  5. Double payment for a single order from the same email address.

 

Refunds will not be issued if :

  1. Product is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
  2. Incorrect shipping address.
  3. Partial product consumption before return.

 

Cancellation & Refunds :

Cancel your order by emailing hello@magicleafstore.com or WhatsApp at +919151003146 before the order is dispatched.

Orders in transit are NOT eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for cancelled orders take 10 to 15 days to reflect in the original mode of payment.

 

Processing Fees :

No processing fee for returns or replacements. If replacing with a higher-priced product, pay the difference.

Prepaid Order : Refunded to the same account within 4-7 working days.

Cash On Delivery: Transferred to the Bank Account or UPI ID within 10-15 working days.

Replacement Delivery Time :

Once the replacement request is approved, we will dispatch your replacement within 6-8 working days.
